Autumn Colour

A colourful autumn leaf that has fallen on to the Queens Park Suspension Bridge, Chester.

The original Bridge was first opened in 1852 and provided convenient access from the nearby village of Handbridge to the Groves and Chester City Centre until 1922. In 1922 the original bridge was demolished and replaced with the current Queens Park Suspension Bridge, which opened in 1923.
